Dr Warren Daniel Spinner completed training in Neurology and Internal Medicine at Stony Brook University Medical Center. He continued his studies receiving additional training in Sleep Medicine and completing a Fellowship in Neurophysiology. Initially embarking on a career in academic medicine Dr. Spinner taught medical students, residents and fellows at the Stony Brook University School of Medicine. In 2014, after many years of clinical and academic practice Dr. Spinner started True North Neurology with the goal of delivering personalized and high quality patient care. Dr. Spinner believes that by providing comprehensive care with an integrated medical approach the best results can be achieved. Dr. Spinner has received Board Certifications in Neurology, Neurophysiology, Sleep Medicine, Headache Medicine and Internal Medicine. Some practitioners may not bill the customers directly but Medicare billing happens through clinics / group practice / hospitals where the provider works. Medicare reassignment of benefits is a mechanism by which practitioners allow third parties to bill and receive payment for Medicare services performed by them.
